Helsinki, Southern FinlandPosted Jan 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The process felt well organized and professional, with clear communication at every step.

Interviewers were respectful and engaged, and they even provided constructive feedback along the way.

Even though I wasn’t selected in the end, I felt valued throughout the process rather than just processed and then dismissed. The transparency made a difference—waiting for a result didn’t feel as demoralizing because the communication stayed consistent and the conversations themselves were positive.

I left feeling like the experience was genuinely handled with care, even though it didn’t end with an offer.
