Pleasanton, CAPosted Jul 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My first step was a video interview, with the option to join by phone if needed.

The setup was handled through text and email with several scheduling options, and there were multiple reminders before the call.

The actual interview was a typical behavioral format, and it included context about the position as part of the conversation. It felt like the standard “first screen” to understand how I’d handled past situations and how I thought about the role.

I wasn’t offered the position after that stage, but it was a straightforward opening round with clear logistics.
