Pleasanton, CAPosted Sep 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The process felt basic and straightforward.

I started with a recruiter, then moved to the hiring manager, and the final round was with multiple peers. The topics were mostly behavioral, along with a strong emphasis on vibe questions.

Everyone I met was very nice and engaging, and the experience gave me the impression that the team would be a great place to work. At the same time, it just didn’t end up being the right fit for me.

I didn’t get an offer, and my reflection was that even a friendly, easy process can still end in a mismatch when the role or environment doesn’t feel like it’s for you.
