Charlotte, NCPosted Aug 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

A recruiter reached out about an open consultant role and asked whether I wanted to pursue it, so I completed the online application and then had a phone pre-screen.

The next round was with the hiring manager, and it was only a short 30 minutes. Honestly, the questions didn’t feel very strong or probing, and the whole thing left me with the impression that it was lighter than I expected.

I didn’t receive an offer. Looking back, the process felt straightforward but also a bit shallow on the manager side, which made the rejection feel more like a mismatch than a clear reflection of my fit.
