After connecting with a recruiter, I moved into a fairly structured sequence that centered on meetings with leadership and a final presentation.

I first sat down with the hiring manager, then I went through multiple rounds with peer managers. The process culminated in a presentation on a topic they provided, delivered in front of a panel of managers.

What stood out was how standardized the flow felt and how much of the day-to-day impact seemed to be communicated through those leadership conversations and the panel format. The difficulty felt moderate overall—there were several steps, but the structure was consistent, and each conversation built toward how I’d handle the role.
