The interview process felt clear and well organized, but it was tough to get through emotionally.

First there was a simple background check, and then I had a chat with the manager focused on scenarios.

The scenarios were interesting, yet I struggled at moments to fully explain everything in the depth they likely wanted. There was supposed to be a final stage after that, but I couldn’t continue, so the process ended earlier than planned.

What stood out positively was the way they handled the situation: the feedback I received was honest and the communication stayed respectful, which helped soften the disappointment even though it still felt like a difficult experience.
