The process began with an internal recruiter setting things up, and that first contact was pleasant.

I then joined a remote Teams interview that included the hiring manager and the head of Electrical and ICA Engineering. The technical questioning was the main event, and it lasted about 30 minutes.

Compared to the warm intro, the technical part felt sharper and more demanding. The rest of the conversation didn’t stand out as particularly casual—this stage was clearly meant to probe your capability, and it leaned into depth quickly.
