I attended a one-day assessment centre with ten other candidates, and it honestly felt well organized.

The environment was collaborative rather than adversarial, and it came across as a structured way to compare people.

There were some genuinely difficult moments though. The PP presentation exercise was the part that challenged me most, and there was also a technical interview that added extra pressure. I felt like the day tested more than just whether I could talk about my background—it pushed me to perform in set activities under time and scrutiny.
