Chicago, ILPosted Jan 2012 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I got the interview after an on-campus career fair where my resume was collected and I even signed up on the spot after a brief conversation about my programming background.

The vibe at the start was quick and practical. First came personality questions for about five minutes, and then the interview shifted into technical questions.

Even though it was a fair interview, it still felt difficult. The difficulty wasn’t in anything vague—it was more about having to demonstrate real technical understanding once they switched from the quick personal portion to the more demanding part. I didn’t end up with an offer, but the overall experience felt like a legitimate test of how I handled harder technical probing.
