Atlanta, GAPosted Dec 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process started with a recruiter reaching out after scouting my profile on LinkedIn.

The first conversation was basically a fit check—my skill set and how it mapped to what they were looking for. After that call, I had a discussion with my current manager, which stayed focused on my work history and experience.

The final interview round was more of a deep dive. I was asked again about my work experience in depth and about my qualifications, and I spent time talking through details that connected my past roles to what I would do next. The tone felt conversational, and I remember feeling a genuine connection with the manager interviewer, like the personalities clicked.
