My process dragged mostly because it turned into a lot of rounds—around six or seven—while the overall payoff felt too low for that level of commitment.

The interviews themselves were lengthy, and even though the sequence was smooth, the waiting between stages weighed on me.

What surprised me wasn’t the content as much as the operational friction: the HR response and scheduling took time, and I ended up needing to stay on top of things to get the next round booked. Mentally, it was taxing because each stage demanded attention, but the overall experience still managed to feel organized enough to keep going. I didn’t end up with an offer, and by the end I felt drained more than challenged.
