Wix Software Engineer interview experience

I needed to work with React, Node.js, and Axios, and the expectation was clear that I’d be building actual functionality rather than just discussing ideas. After I passed that stage, I went into technical interviews a few days later, and then there was an HR interview afterward.

A key part of what I did involved an app that was already running but incomplete—buttons lacked implementation and I had to fill in the missing pieces, plus add a couple of extras. In my case it was a multi-hour React and Node test where the scope felt challenging, especially considering my background at the time.
