Wix Software Engineer interview experience

It had a lot of space for me to talk about my experience and current job, and it also covered what I was looking for next. They gave me an explanation of the position, along with details like where it was based, and overall it felt pleasant and low-pressure.

Because the round was more about fit and background than deep technical evaluation, it didn’t feel like a true pass/fail engineering gate. I didn’t end up with an offer from this step. Still, I remember it as one of the more comfortable interactions in the process because the tone was respectful and I wasn’t being grilled.
