I went through an early HR conversation, and then the next stage turned into an assessment delivered through a test platform.

I had to complete multiple questions focused on algorithmic thinking within a defined time window.

The tasks were the kind of coding-logic problems that required careful reasoning rather than web frameworks—like finding the minimal positive integer missing from a sequence using an example array, plus an optimization problem framed around apple picking. After I finished, I waited for feedback and eventually got a response indicating they weren’t moving forward.

Even though I didn’t get an offer, the experience clarified what they were optimizing for: strong baseline algorithmic reasoning.
