I went through a multi-round process that started off fine in terms of content, but the coordination and closure were where it fell apart.

People showed up for my interviews without seeming to know what role I was being interviewed for, and I kept noticing small breakdowns—like invites with wrong names and repeating the same questions multiple times. The experience didn’t just feel inconvenient; it felt disrespectful of my time, and I left really disappointed.

When I tried to get updates, I kept running into gaps in communication. I was told I’d be scheduled for the next round on a certain day, then the call never came, and I ended up chasing the HR contact myself. Eventually I received a message that the result wasn’t positive
