San Francisco, CAPosted Dec 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I met the recruiter through a career fair at my school, and after that connection I did a phone interview.

Once I passed that screen, I flew onsite and got a multi-round technical sequence.

On site, I had two separate technical interview rounds, plus a lunch interview with people from the team. After that, I met with the hiring manager. The day felt structured around both technical discussion and team fit, and the fact that they invested the time for multiple conversations stood out to me.

I didn’t end up with an offer. Even so, I remember the experience as being more “properly staffed” and thoughtful than processes where you get only one or two shallow touchpoints.
