I went through a 1-on-1 video interview on an online platform where we could both see each other on webcam and work from a shared coding pad similar to a collaborative document.

The session was set up like a live coding conversation, and it felt pretty direct and easy to follow technically.

The schedule was a little awkward because I was supposed to have a second final-round interview afterward, but the process didn’t seem to continue the way it was originally planned. Overall it didn’t feel difficult so much as incomplete, like I had a good structure for the first step but didn’t get the chance to finish the full loop.
