San Francisco, CAPosted Sep 2020 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I applied online and got to the initial stage pretty quickly.

The recruiter set up a phone interview, and I was ready and waiting at the scheduled time. When the call was supposed to start, the interviewer didn’t show up and there was no notice—just a complete no-call, no-show.

I followed up by emailing the recruiter afterward, but I never heard back. The whole moment left me feeling pretty stunned by how disorganized it was, especially because the rest of the process was already in motion when they scheduled the interview. I didn’t make it past that point, and the lack of communication became the lasting impression of the company’s process for me.
