I interviewed for Software Engineer and experienced a process that leaned heavily on automated assessments, followed by long, unclear communication gaps.

Automated OA / technical assessments — DSA-style problems and a behavioural/video component where I only received a numerical score, with little or no guidance on what to improve.
Additional online technical stage — another round of automated testing and follow-on steps (in one case a HackerRank-style OA with time-boxed tasks like DSA and a RESTful API question). Outcome: I was rejected or ghosted after assessments; takeaway: without feedback, it felt like a time sink rather than a learning-focused loop.
