Wipro Software Engineer interview experience

They told me an offer would be released right away and the next day, but it didn’t happen.

I didn’t get a long, complicated trail of many rounds—just those two technical steps, followed by HR discussion. The wait after that was the hardest part because the timeline sounded confident, yet it didn’t match what actually occurred. Overall, I felt like I performed well enough technically, but the final decision didn’t land in my favor, and I was left reflecting on how much timing and internal decisions can swing the result.
