I went through a three-round process that started with a HireVue, then moved into a face-to-face interview, and then culminated in a superday that lasted roughly three to four hours.

The overall structure felt like an escalation—each step added more intensity and more people.

Across the rounds, the topics covered a range of investment-banking themes, including behavioral questions, technical material, and an LBO case study component. What surprised me was how much the process tested both communication and technical understanding in the same breath; it wasn’t enough to be able to talk through my story, I also had to show I could handle the technical prompts.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the experience still felt like a real assessment rather than a casual interview.
