I ended up in a fairly long interview loop that moved through different formats quickly.

I had six rounds that ranged from on-campus to Skype to an on-site, with each session lasting around 45 minutes. The feedback cadence was fast, with responses coming promptly after each interview.

What made the whole thing feel different was the setting: it wasn’t just Q&A and then goodbye. Each conversation felt more collaborative, where I and the interviewer built toward a solution together rather than being asked to perform silently. I didn’t receive an offer, but the process felt organized and responsive compared to some of the other hiring experiences I’ve had.
