Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The HR round invite felt automated: I got a Hirflix interview link right after, which made it seem more like a scheduling system than a personalized response.

That early experience didn’t give me much context about what the HR conversation would actually cover.

With so little detail, I mostly just moved forward based on the link and timing rather than any real understanding of the evaluation. The process didn’t end with an offer.

My main takeaway was how impersonal the setup felt, and how that made the whole start of the process feel unclear even though I still participated.
