For this internship-style process, I went through a sequence that felt long-winded relative to the label, even though it wasn’t brutal.

It started with a Karat multiple-choice quiz, then a Karat live coding interview. After that came a phone screen, then two live coding interview rounds.

The overall difficulty landed in the “not too hard” zone for me, but the format had a lot of repetition and step-by-step movement through interviews. I kept checking the calendar because it never felt like the process ended quickly; each stage rolled into the next.

I didn’t receive an offer. The interviews themselves didn’t crush me technically, but the whole thing felt more drawn out than it needed to be for what I was applying for.
