My process felt surprisingly smooth and thorough, and I genuinely felt supported throughout it.

The recruiter started things off and kept things moving, then I went through a first interview before taking on a take-home assignment.

After the written work, I did a sales role play and then moved into a behavioral round. The journey ended with one last interview, and each person I met came across as easy to talk to—engaged and collaborative rather than combative.

I didn’t end up receiving the offer, but the way the interviews were run made it memorable. My reflection was that the process still felt cohesive and respectful, even though the final decision didn’t go my way.
