Whatnot Software Engineer interview experience

RemotePosted Oct 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process started with a short call, and then I scheduled an interview directly with an engineer.

The scheduling was flexible in a way that made it easy to pick a time that fit my availability.

I liked that there was also an option to redo the interview if I felt I hadn’t performed as well as I expected. The window for scheduling that second attempt was within 24 hours of the first.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the logistics of the process felt unusually accommodating and practical compared to more rigid interview scheduling setups.
