San Francisco, CAPosted Mar 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through what started as a promising recruiter-led loop.

The interviewer reached out to me multiple times and the tone made it feel like they were genuinely excited to learn more and that my background fit what they were looking for. Everything felt coordinated and responsive at first.

Then the communication just stopped. I never got a clear explanation, and I also didn’t receive any real update or status message after they seemed actively engaged. It was frustrating because the momentum disappeared without closure, even though it began in a very interested, upbeat way.
