The recruiter did a great job laying out exactly what would happen at each step, and it helped a lot because the process felt organized from beginning to end.

I started with a recruiter call, then moved into two coding interviews, followed by another recruiter check-in about what came next.

After that, I met with the manager, and the last stage was getting references. The whole thing felt pretty clear in terms of pacing and expectations, without leaving me wondering what step I was on or what would come next.

I didn’t end up with an offer. Even so, the transparency around the process steps made it feel manageable and less stressful than more ambiguous recruiting loops.
