Dublin, DublinCandidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed at Whatnot in Dublin, and the process felt pretty unstructured from the start.

The hiring manager asked random questions about my experience, and there wasn’t much opportunity to go deep into any one topic before getting interrupted.

I didn’t get a clear sense of what they were looking for. It felt like quick-fire questions without a lot of nuance, and because of that the experience didn’t translate into a strong sense of how well I was matching their expectations.

I didn’t get an offer, and my overall reflection was that the interview format didn’t give enough continuity to showcase my strengths in a coherent way.
