Los Angeles, CAPosted Oct 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview centered on coding, but what I experienced was more than just the difficulty—it was the overall vibe.

The questions ended up being super generic LeetCode-style problems, and the interviewers felt a bit rough in how they ran things. They didn’t seem very invested in the process, and they barely talked about the company.

I also didn’t get much guidance on how they approached problem-solving. The questions were clear enough, but the communication around the “why” and the method was vague, so I found myself guessing what they were actually looking for. It made the interview feel disconnected from a real collaboration, and I didn’t get selected afterward.
