My path through Whatnot felt streamlined and very clearly staged: an OA, then a Karat step, then a recruiter screen.

After that, I hit two technical rounds, including one that ran about 45 minutes and a follow-up focused on technical plus principles for about an hour. References came after those, and then the offer stage.

What stood out was how quickly I heard back after each piece. Feedback came within roughly a day of each step, so the process didn’t drag or leave me guessing for long.

I didn’t end up getting an offer. Even so, the speed and organization of the recruiting cadence made the experience feel professional and efficient.
