Seattle, WAPosted Aug 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process started with an intro chat with the hiring manager to see whether the match made sense between what I wanted and what they needed.

Then I had a recruiter kickoff call where we talked through the position and confirmed it was a good fit.

After that, I moved into the technical portion with three separate coding interviews and a behavioral interview. One of the things I really appreciated was the cadence of feedback; I heard back within 24 hours after each stage, which kept the process from feeling drawn out.

I didn’t receive an offer. Still, the combination of a structured set of rounds and consistently fast feedback made it feel respectful, even when the final decision wasn’t the one I hoped for.
