Whatnot Software Engineer interview experience

After that, I had a recruiter phone screening where they went through my resume with me, and the whole call lasted about 30 minutes.

That was the extent of what I experienced at the time of the report. The assessment-and-screen format felt more lightweight than the later loops I’d heard about, and it mostly served to gauge fit and basic comfort.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but I did feel the screening phase was organized and quick. The recruiter’s resume walk-through made it feel personal even though the interview itself was short.
