The hiring process felt structured and staged, with clear steps.

I had a screening call, then an engineer interview focused on data structures and algorithms, and then another round with an L3 software engineer.

Everything went smoothly through the steps, but what hurt was the ending. Even after I completed all the interviews, I didn’t receive a clear explanation for the rejection—just a generic message. Given how professional the process seemed, that lack of specificity felt disappointing.

No offer came through, and I was left without a real sense of what didn’t land.
