WEX Software Engineer interview experience

After that, there was a long silence—about three weeks went by—so I followed up with a gentle email. I was told the hiring manager was sick and that the interview would be scheduled once they were back.

A week later, I received a generic rejection email. It was quick after the delay, but the overall experience felt poorly communicated.

No offer came out of it, and what stuck with me was how the process went from active scheduling to radio silence and then a form rejection without real closure.
