I started with a recruiter call that covered a basic overview of my background and resume.

The recruiter spent a lot of time explaining the role and what the job actually looked like day to day, and the conversation stayed pretty clear and informative.

There were also some basic technical questions, more at the concept level than anything that felt like LeetCode. They told me I’d hear back within a day about next steps, but the timeline slipped—what was supposed to be quick turned into two weeks of waiting.

Eventually I got the message that I wasn’t moving on. The content of the interview felt reasonable, but the delayed response dragged out the overall experience.
