I applied and heard back fast.

The HR team reached out within about two days and scheduled a short conversation that lasted around 30 minutes. The call focused mostly on behavior, with the recruiter covering company context and then asking questions designed to understand how I worked and how I’d handled past situations.

About a week later, I received a rejection email. What stuck with me was how cleanly the timeline moved—quick scheduling, then a quick decision—so it never felt like there was a chance to reach a later technical stage.
