I started with the usual online application flow, then moved into quick recruiter screening.

From there it turned into a phone chat with an engineer, followed by a screen-sharing technical step and an onsite interview. The overall procedure felt efficient, and people were friendly once I arrived.

What stuck with me was how confusing the communication could be. The recruiters didn’t always offer much beyond whether I passed, and the feedback loop wasn’t very detailed. During the onsite, the interviews felt like they were looking for specific ways of thinking and a particular implementation style, not just a working solution—sometimes it felt like they expected one “correct” approach
