WePay Software Engineer interview experience

The first coding round was offline and lasted about 90 minutes, focused on writing a data-structures program.

After that, I had a phone screen, and then I moved into an onsite interview with multiple sections. Even though I made it through that sequence, I didn’t end up progressing after the phone coding stage on a separate pass—at minimum, that first phone coding interview was a clear cutoff for me. Overall, the tone felt professional and fairly standard, just competitive enough that small misses mattered.
