I had a pretty frustrating early arc because the process didn’t have the follow-through you’d hope for.

The recruiter reached out and we talked a couple of times, and the messaging sounded like internal steps were still being confirmed before they would move things forward. After that, communication basically stopped.

I tried following up, but it never really restarted. Once I did get to an HR-focused call, it was mostly a resume run-through rather than a deeper conversation about the opportunity, and the overall energy felt less enthusiastic than it should have. I remember leaving those calls with the sense that I wasn’t being fully engaged or evaluated on the role itself.
