Wayfair Software Engineer interview experience

After that, I had a full onsite interview that lasted around three hours, followed by a separate personality interview.

Across the rounds, the questions were fairly “basic” in feel—more like checking fundamentals than throwing anything wildly off-pattern at me. Interviewers came across as friendly and considerate, which made it easier to stay focused even with the full schedule. Overall, it was an extensive process, and I did get an offer, but looking back, the timing was long ago enough that I couldn’t be confident whether the workflow would be the same today.
