My process had a lot of steps: first a telephonic round, then a written test covering data structures and algorithms, databases, and design patterns, followed by two separate face-to-face technical rounds.

I went into it trying to perform well, but the overall experience felt messy and frustrating.

Even after I cleared four rounds, they still seemed uncertain about what my role would actually be, asking whether I was working as a Python developer or in a CI/CD role. What threw me off wasn’t just the question—it was that they didn’t appear to have a clear understanding of the difference between a development track and a CI/CD track. I left feeling like the process wasn’t aligned, and ultimately there was no offer.
