Walt Disney Company Software Engineer interview experience

The conversations felt comfortable and more like a real discussion than a stressful interrogation.

We talked through my experience and technical expertise, along with how I typically approached problem-solving. The interviewers also shared context about their own team and the projects they were working toward, which made it easier to understand what they cared about.

Even though I didn’t end up getting an offer, the tone stayed positive and conversational throughout, and that helped me feel like I was being evaluated fairly rather than just tested.
