Walmart Software Engineer interview experience

No offer

Negative

IndiaCandidate report, summarized by Dataford

I made it through all the rounds plus HM and HR at Walmart, but the offer didn’t arrive the way it had been promised.

The interviews themselves were enough to clear every step, so it felt jarring when the process ended without the offer letter I expected. It was the kind of situation where the technical and behavioral parts had checked out, yet the final administrative piece didn’t.

A similar frustration also showed up for me earlier in the funnel: I cleared the coding round, but then the interviewer never joined what was supposed to be the next part. Between that and the later missing offer letter, my overall experience was less about failing the bar and more about logistics and communication breaking down
