Walmart·Software Engineer

Walmart Software Engineer interview experience

Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I wrapped up my final interviews with Walmart about two weeks ago and then hit radio silence.

The process itself felt like it moved forward quickly enough to stay optimistic, but once the last round ended, the timeline went completely blank. I kept waiting for an update that never seemed to arrive.

It left me second-guessing what happened on their side, especially because the conversations had felt reasonably productive while they were happening. By the time the two-week mark passed, the main emotion wasn’t just uncertainty anymore—it was the frustration of not knowing whether everything had gone as expected.
