Sunnyvale, CAPosted Sep 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process followed a pretty classic structure, but it still felt demanding because of the split between coding/technical and people-fit.

I went through four rounds total. The first two were technical and coding rounds, then there was a hiring manager round, and finally an HR round.

Timing-wise, the first technical round was about an hour, the second ran longer at around ninety minutes, the hiring manager interview was roughly half an hour, and the HR round lasted about an hour as well. The round flow made it feel like each stage had a different lens: early on it was about technical ability, then it became more focused on how I’d fit and how my background matched what they needed.

In the end I didn’t get an offer. Even though
