Sunnyvale, CAPosted Jul 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a three-round sequence that blended different ways of testing me.

There was an initial questionnaire, then a live online OA through a third party that included LeetCode-style medium problems. After that, I had a behavioral and technical discussion with a senior engineer.

The structure still felt fairly thorough, and at least for me the tone stayed focused on both how I think and how I communicate. The overall experience ended with me receiving an offer after the full set of interviews, and what surprised me most was that the “hardness” didn’t come from a single monster question—it came from needing to stay consistent across rounds of different formats.
