The loop I went through was fairly structured: a recruiter call first, then an initial manager panel discussion about the job.

After that, I moved into a coding interview where I used my language of choice. It wasn’t framed as a super high-pressure test, and the questions stayed around basic functions and straightforward problem-solving, but I had to be careful with correctness and how I explained my approach.

After the coding round, the process moved on to more technical depth. I had a separate panel that covered backend and DSA, where I dealt with Spring Boot topics alongside data structures and algorithms. The hiring manager round came last and mixed in team fit with technical follow-ups.
