My first touchpoint was an onsite interview that felt fairly organized and contained, rather than drawn out across a huge number of rounds.

I came in for conversations with process engineers, and the structure was noticeable: one interviewer asked the questions while the other typed responses. It created a slightly formal rhythm, like they were capturing everything as I answered.

A separate recruiting experience I had around the same period followed a similar vibe—shorter, standard discussions that focused on behavioral questions and general fit. In those conversations, interviewers asked about strengths and weaknesses and why I chose my major, and they took time to describe what daily life at the company looked like.
