Volvo Group Systems Engineer interview experience

There were three interview meetings, but the whole timeline stretched across roughly two months. I ended up choosing another company while I was still waiting for updates.

It wasn’t that the interviews themselves were uniquely hard—it was the lack of responsiveness afterward. By the time I stepped away, I just kept thinking that the process could have moved faster, especially if they expected momentum from me too. No offer came from Volvo, and what I carried out of it was frustration more than disappointment.
